If I could give Moe’s 10 stars, I would! All day I was fretting over what will I do when my shift is over to get my tire repaired. The low inflation light came on in the car a day before, so I started the day worrying if I’d make it to work. I looked up tire repair and Moe’s was open until 8:00 PM and luckily close to where I work. When I arrived there were at least six other customers waiting for their tires to be repaired, so I figured I was in for a long wait. It took them 15 minutes to get to my car, another 15 to fix the flat and install new windshield wipers which one of the techs realized was in need of replacement. Incredible! I tipped the tech and expressed my gratitude for how quickly the job got done. Seriously, if you need a tire repair, Moe’s is the place! ~ Bobby W

I don’t often take the time to leave reviews, but this shop truly deserves the recognition. I was on a field trip with 7th graders from Sacramento when I discovered a screw in my tire just after 5:00 p.m. — not exactly ideal timing! After calling two other tire shops, I was referred here because they stay open later, and I’m so grateful I was. They told me to come right in, and from the moment we arrived, they were incredibly helpful and accommodating. I had my students with me, and within about 35 minutes we were safely back on the road and able to catch up with the rest of our group. Their quick response and efficient service were an absolute lifesaver for those of us traveling from out of town. I truly appreciate the professionalism, kindness, and speedy turnaround — thank you for coming through when we needed it most! ~ Nicole C

I had a great experience at Moe’s Tire. I worked with Daniel, who was super courteous over the phone and helped me get a same-day appointment after my wife hit a curb and we were worried there might be damage or an alignment issue. They checked the car right away, confirmed everything was fine, and didn’t charge me anything for the inspection. We also had a slow tire leak, and they immediately found a small nail in the tire. They showed me the issue and had it fixed within about 30 minutes for $55. I really appreciated their honesty from the start and how quickly they took care of everything. I’ll definitely be coming back the next time I need tires, an alignment, or even a new set. Thanks again for being honest and keeping it real. ~ MK U

At first I was thinking the price, the timing , and the surprise of them finding more problems that I just don’t have time for. But to my surprise after discussing that they had to mount the car onto the tester for a second time , they made it pass all qualifying safety concerns, I was proud of them. I came in with a bow legged vehicle, and peeled out of there once I knew that I had my car correct and aligned. I was thinking the worse but when I found out they even gave it CPR , I was like Tony the Tiger , saying that theyrrrrr great. Clean shop, and the price for fixing my error was very nice. I will return to this shop once I need their service again in my Toyota, who could ask for anything more ? ~ rasta f

This was my second visit to Moe’s—first at the San Bruno location and now at the SF shop—and both times were excellent. What stands out most is the genuine care and respect for customers. The manager was kind, professional, and communicative with everyone, even while juggling a busy day. I’ve come here for flat tires both times, and each visit has been smooth, honest, and easy to get in and out. On this second trip, I also needed a rotation, alignment (since another shop failed to do it properly), and a flat repair. Moe’s handled it all seamlessly and turned what could have been a stressful situation into an enjoyable one. The bonus? The SF location is open Sundays, which is huge for my schedule. Overall, both experiences have been positive through and through—and far better than what I’ve experienced at other tire shops. Highly recommend Moe’s! ~ CF F

I found them as a random tire shop from searching Google maps. They helped me on the phone. They said they didn’t currently have any used tires. I gave them my tire requirements he gave me a fantastic price. They said they don’t make appointments and to just come in. I came in gave them my car they have a nice waiting room and a clean bathroom. They finished replacing my tire in about 30min. Looks great totally worth the $100 bucks (great price). The speed, politeness, quality, customer service, and location is not too far into the city so it’s easy to get in and out fast (I went in on a Saturday between 4:50pm -5:30pm. Quick, efficient, friendly, and affordable! I needed a tire change and first went to a nearby shop that told me to “come back tomorrow”—even though they don’t take appointments. Instead, I went to Moe’s Tire and had the tire replaced and balanced within 20 minutes for just $55. I asked if I needed an alignment, and instead of trying to upsell me, they explained it wasn’t necessary—balancing alone would do the job. As a new driver, I’m not super familiar with what’s needed for a tire change, so I could’ve easily been talked into paying for extra work. But the guy even took a minute to explain how wheel balancing works (and not in a mansplain-y way!) :) ~ Anna T

This place is incredible! Everywhere else was jam-packed full, 3 hr wait at one place, an hour and a half wait at Firestone, but Mo's had us in and out in what felt like 2 minutes. I guess it was probably 10 start to finish but I couldn't believe how fast it was. I signed myself in on their tablet, went to the bathroom and came out and it was basically done. They mounted a new tire for me and had the donut off and the new tire on so quickly. And they did it all for $135 versus over $200 elsewhere. The waiting room has hot fresh coffee and a TV with video game entertain the kids, enough room for probably 6 to 8 people to sit down. Very clean, nicer bathroom. My man and I's minds were blown out how fast they were. They were like a pit crew! Talk about efficient! Killing it guys! I just bought a brand new 2025 iX all electric BMW with 22 inch rims. I sought out 4 other shops who wouldn't touch my tire/rims. I called Moe's Tires and they were very welcoming and said "we'll take care of you". When I drove into the garage, I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness, organized garage with an inviting waiting room. I immediately felt comfortable. They addressed me with a smile and pleasant transition of my vehicle. The gentleman who assisted me came right over and pointed out the rim that was scratched and wanted me to know it was there. I only waited 20 minutes for them to remove my tire, do a full repair of the leaky tire. The price was so reasonable. I have been referring people every since. Good customer is hard to find these days, but you all have it down. Thank you for a good experience in my busy world. ~ Lawanda D

Incredible service! Moe’s tire shop is so honest, great prices, professional, knowledgeable and are extremely efficient. My son was using my car and noticed 2 flat tires and the other two tires were low in air. I told him to take it to Moe’s, expecting to have to purchase two new tires. Moe’s team was so honest and efficient in figuring out the problem. When my son told me it was two broken stem tire valves, which they replaced quickly to get my son back on the road to get back to school, I was thrilled! Moe’s tire shop is the best! If you have a tire problem, Moe’s is the place to take it. A+ ~ Karen H

Fabulous & Seamless!! Total Tire Rockstars!!! Can't say enough about the service here🙌🏼🫶 Especailly Josh. Flat on the I~80, stuck at toll booth at Bay bridge for two hrs, AAA and Caltrans nailed it too. Costco couldn't take us but Irwin referred me to Moe's. AAA and Caltrans tow got the fam to safety. New tire, fast, efficient and reasonable. I'm from Fresno but may drive there just to get my tires done now and will refer all my bay area friends. Came to visit SF and unfortunately I got car problems. While driving, I noticed that my car was shaking and it seems suddenly misaligned. After arriving at SF, check Yelp right away and saw the excellent reviews from Moe's Tire Shop. The next day went for a visit and from my first interaction with Ali I knew right away that I'm in the right place and felt they will not over charged me. Ali have the mechanic check my tire and it has uneven wear its because my control arm was damaged. Ali gave me the quotes for the control arm including the alignment plus the tire.... it was not cheap... but I'm sure I'm getting what I will be paying for. I decided to have both control arm replaced and they delivered. My car was ready before the end of the day but I came the next day to pick it up. Drive it and it was PERFECTLY DONE!!! If you want it done right.... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MOE'S TIRE. Thanks to Ali and the mechanics. ~ Rommel S

It is rare to be treated with such exemplary attentiveness, as I found at Moe‘s tires. I was helped immediately, paid a fair price for the single tire I bought, had the underside of my car checked for damage, had all four tires checked for pressure, and had spacing blocks re-glued in the trunk area, where my spare tire was stored. All my questions were answered and concerns addressed. I would recommend Moe’s tires to anyone who wants a single tire or a set of tires. The tires are a fair price, the men are helpful and respectful of the customer’s time, plus are pleasant to deal with. Thank you. ~ marjorie

Very spacious, very professional, very courteous...and most importantly, very prompt. From the time I first walked in to the time I left...25 minutes max. That includes me stating my problem, (needing two front tires on my 2024 Hyundai) them located the tires, taking my old ones off, putting my new ones on...25 min. You just can't beat that kind of service. And lastly...this actually should have been, most importantly, the price was well below four other tire shops I visited earlier. My left rear tire had a low pressure alert after I had just filled them a few weeks ago. Unfortunately found a nail jammed right into the rim of my tire! Called Moe’s tires and they said to just drive on over! It was also around 6pm on a Friday after I got off work so I was so grateful they were open! Came in and they looked at the tire and said they could patch it or replace the one tire, and they recommended patching it instead since the tire was still in good shape! Was in and out in less than 30 minutes! Great price too! These guys are amazing, highly recommend! ~ Miho W

I always get anxious going into car shops, because I never know what to ask and some times the people I talk to are never that pleasant. I would also get my tires done at Costco and wait hours and hours. Going into Moe’s they were very helpful and very quick! They accessed my tires, explained what was wrong with them, and gave me options of what I can do in my price range. I got all 4 of my tires replaced and aligned and it took less than an hour. I was very happy with my services and was able to get a great deal! Cheaper than Costco! I happy to have found a tire shop. ~ Aaron O

So this shop has only one word to award: Amazing. First- sharp service , Second-sharp people who knows what they are doing, exactly, Third Wonderful easy-going atmosphere. My experience: Came for flat tire to change it in five minutes they looking for the tire and this is not repairable and show it for me then offer the four different type of tires from expensive to cheap and recommend me what tire I need to do. Great Service and Friendly staff. I got a nail in my tire and went to another place where they were so rude to me... (they shall remain nameless... over on Franklin St ;-). I left and came to Moe's instead and they helped me out although it was close to closing time. From the time I arrived they had me on my way in about 20 minutes (no exageration) place is so tidy and clean (says a lot about a business) Person that helped me (Ali) was very nice, personable and kind. We got a flat while exploring SF on a Sunday. We got towed to Moe's around 7 and they were able to help us out with a new tire with literally zero warning. From the minute we walked up we were treated like long time customers. Everyone was friendly, knowledgable, and professional. They were able to help us out with our locked tire situation and everything. They had the best attitude and were super quick--we spent maybe 30 mintues there. Their waiting area is top notch! My wife hit a monster pothole on Hwy 37 coming down from Sonoma headed to Watsonville, and blew a tire. She had to be in Watsonville , three hours away, the next morning so she drove her car to a gas station, had AAA tow her to a family member’s house to keep her car safe, and drove a rental car to Watsonville for her week long appointment. I called Moe’s, who got great Yelp reviews, spoke with Jose, and ordered four new tires to fit my wife’s 2010 Mini Cooper S Series. I flew home from Detroit the next morning desperate to get those tires on the Mini, balanced, and the front-end aligned. Jose and the Moe’s team had the tires on and the car ready in 90 minutes the morning I arrived, and they were professional, service oriented, and friendly. The Moe’s team dug is out of a desperate tire situation and when my wife returned from Watsonville, her beloved Mini was read to go! Thank you, Moe’s!! Very friendly, quick service; great place, would recommend. Tire light came on again and this was the closest shop, so I called and they let me know that I could come in to get it checked, no appointment needed. Turns out two of my sensors were dead and that my tires were in need of replacing as well. I appreciate that they showed me proof (pics of tire tread and evidence of dead sensors on the tool). Got everything replaced for 550$ in less than 3 hours. Plus, they have a waiting room with wifi and water. ~ Hannah Y

My Tesla gave me an Alert yesterday (12/28/25) morning while driving indicating that my rear left tire was at just 30 psi. Pulled over, checked, and saw a piece of metal in the tread. Fortunately, it was a slow leak so I pumped it back to 42 psi with a portable and began a Tesla Mobile Service request. Tesla replied Tuesday AM. No thanks... I saw Moe's Tires when I was cruisin' down Mission later in the day. I doubled back and crept seeing that they were open. Pulled up and was met with super-friendly service. Pricing was fair AND transparent. I was in and out in about an hour for a tire removal and inner patch - as a walk-in on a Sunday afternoon! I hung around in their waiting area enjoying the Reggaeton blasting in the shop area while ALSO playing Midnight Club on Playstation 2 in "Joy Ride Mode"!! What a throwback 😅 This is a great shop. Employees were clearly happy and this is definitely a business I'd support wholeheartedly. My Rose is back and ready to troll the SF Bay Area! Thanks Moe's Tires - I'll be back for sure 🙂 ~ John G

Moe’s! Flat tire in the rain, had to get out the Jack. Kneeling in the puddles, remembering way back. “I’ve done this before. No doubt I still can.” Pullin’ off those lug nuts, all over again. Riding on the donut, , funky kind of feel; what you gotta do with a punctured wheel. The symbolism wasn’t lost on me; tires, like humans, all need air to breath! If you get deflated, it’s best to seek repair. Driving on a flat you won’t get no where! So, woke up this morning, headed over to Moe‘s. When you got a flat, no other place to go! Roll down Cesar Chavez, takin’ it kinda slow, turn onto Mission, right next to El Rio. Moe found the problem: embedded piece of glass, where it came from though, I’m afraid to ask! Life‘s an adventure, detours on the way, sometimes you need help, go to Moe‘s I say! Yes, Moe’s is the best! With them there’s no drama. Those guys at Moe’s, they’re the Cat’s Pajamas! They take care of business with a cheerful attitude. I’m tellin’ the truth: they’re some righteous Dudes! ~ Joel B

My rear tires were low pressure and refilling them didn't help. Called Moe's that am and they said to come in. Fortunately, the tires didn't have any leaks. They thought that the cold weather was creating a gap between the tires and the wheel rim. So they injected a solution to close the gap. Meanwhile, they found that my brake pads were nearly worn away. They installed new pads while I waited and waived the charges for the tire diagnostics & fix. I've got good brakes and no more low pressure. Thanks, Moe's! ~ Carolyn K
