If I could give Moe’s 10 stars, I would! All day I was fretting over what will I do when my shift is over to get my tire repaired. The low inflation light came on in the car a day before, so I started the day worrying if I’d make it to work. I looked up tire repair and Moe’s was open until 8:00 PM and luckily close to where I work. When I arrived there were at least six other customers waiting for their tires to be repaired, so I figured I was in for a long wait. It took them 15 minutes to get to my car, another 15 to fix the flat and install new windshield wipers which one of the techs realized was in need of replacement. Incredible! I tipped the tech and expressed my gratitude for how quickly the job got done. Seriously, if you need a tire repair, Moe’s is the place! ~ Bobby W

This place is incredible! Everywhere else was jam-packed full, 3 hr wait at one place, an hour and a half wait at Firestone, but Mo's had us in and out in what felt like 2 minutes. I guess it was probably 10 start to finish but I couldn't believe how fast it was. I signed myself in on their tablet, went to the bathroom and came out and it was basically done. They mounted a new tire for me and had the donut off and the new tire on so quickly. And they did it all for $135 versus over $200 elsewhere. The waiting room has hot fresh coffee and a TV with video game entertain the kids, enough room for probably 6 to 8 people to sit down. Very clean, nicer bathroom. My man and I's minds were blown out how fast they were. They were like a pit crew! Talk about efficient! Killing it guys! I just bought a brand new 2025 iX all electric BMW with 22 inch rims. I sought out 4 other shops who wouldn't touch my tire/rims. I called Moe's Tires and they were very welcoming and said "we'll take care of you". When I drove into the garage, I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness, organized garage with an inviting waiting room. I immediately felt comfortable. They addressed me with a smile and pleasant transition of my vehicle. The gentleman who assisted me came right over and pointed out the rim that was scratched and wanted me to know it was there. I only waited 20 minutes for them to remove my tire, do a full repair of the leaky tire. The price was so reasonable. I have been referring people every since. Good customer is hard to find these days, but you all have it down. Thank you for a good experience in my busy world. ~ Lawanda D

Came to visit SF and unfortunately I got car problems. While driving, I noticed that my car was shaking and it seems suddenly misaligned. After arriving at SF, check Yelp right away and saw the excellent reviews from Moe's Tire Shop. The next day went for a visit and from my first interaction with Ali I knew right away that I'm in the right place and felt they will not over charged me. Ali have the mechanic check my tire and it has uneven wear its because my control arm was damaged. Ali gave me the quotes for the control arm including the alignment plus the tire.... it was not cheap... but I'm sure I'm getting what I will be paying for. I decided to have both control arm replaced and they delivered. My car was ready before the end of the day but I came the next day to pick it up. Drive it and it was PERFECTLY DONE!!! It is rare to be treated with such exemplary attentiveness, as I found at Moe‘s tires. I was helped immediately, paid a fair price for the single tire I bought, had the underside of my car checked for damage, had all four tires checked for pressure, and had spacing blocks re-glued in the trunk area, where my spare tire was stored. All my questions were answered and concerns addressed. I would recommend Moe’s tires to anyone who wants a single tire or a set of tires. The tires are a fair price, the men are helpful and respectful of the customer’s time, plus are pleasant to deal with. Thank you. ~ marjorie

I always get anxious going into car shops, because I never know what to ask and some times the people I talk to are never that pleasant. I would also get my tires done at Costco and wait hours and hours. Going into Moe’s they were very helpful and very quick! They accessed my tires, explained what was wrong with them, and gave me options of what I can do in my price range. I got all 4 of my tires replaced and aligned and it took less than an hour. I was very happy with my services and was able to get a great deal! Cheaper than Costco! I happy to have found a tire shop. ~ Aaron O

We got a flat while exploring SF on a Sunday. We got towed to Moe's around 7 and they were able to help us out with a new tire with literally zero warning. From the minute we walked up we were treated like long time customers. Everyone was friendly, knowledgable, and professional. They were able to help us out with our locked tire situation and everything. They had the best attitude and were super quick--we spent maybe 30 mintues there. Their waiting area is top notch! So this shop has only one word to award: Amazing. First- sharp service , Second-sharp people who knows what they are doing, exactly, Third Wonderful easy-going atmosphere. My experience: Came for flat tire to change it in five minutes they looking for the tire and this is not repairable and show it for me then offer the four different type of tires from expensive to cheap and recommend me what tire I need to do. Great Service and Friendly staff. I got a nail in my tire and went to another place where they were so rude to me... (they shall remain nameless... over on Franklin St ;-). I left and came to Moe's instead and they helped me out although it was close to closing time. From the time I arrived they had me on my way in about 20 minutes (no exageration) place is so tidy and clean (says a lot about a business) Person that helped me (Ali) was very nice, personable and kind. Would definitely recommend and will return when I need to buy tires in the future. ~ Marco Z

My wife hit a monster pothole on Hwy 37 coming down from Sonoma headed to Watsonville, and blew a tire. She had to be in Watsonville , three hours away, the next morning so she drove her car to a gas station, had AAA tow her to a family member’s house to keep her car safe, and drove a rental car to Watsonville for her week long appointment. I called Moe’s, who got great Yelp reviews, spoke with Jose, and ordered four new tires to fit my wife’s 2010 Mini Cooper S Series. I flew home from Detroit the next morning desperate to get those tires on the Mini, balanced, and the front-end aligned. Jose and the Moe’s team had the tires on and the car ready in 90 minutes the morning I arrived, and they were professional, service oriented, and friendly. The Moe’s team dug is out of a desperate tire situation and when my wife returned from Watsonville, her beloved Mini was read to go! Thank you, Moe’s!! My rear tires were low pressure and refilling them didn't help. Called Moe's that am and they said to come in. Fortunately, the tires didn't have any leaks. They thought that the cold weather was creating a gap between the tires and the wheel rim. So they injected a solution to close the gap. Meanwhile, they found that my brake pads were nearly worn away. They installed new pads while I waited and waived the charges for the tire diagnostics & fix. One front tire was losing air causing the car to want to go to one side. I brought it here and within a half hour, I was out with a new tire valve and fresh beading. They didn't find a puncture. It definitely helped as the car was not veering left as much. Probably needs an alignment, too, but I didn't have time for that. They charge $35 for puncture fixes as of 2024. The waiting area has wifi, Roku, games, some books, and really good coffee. There wasn't any creamer but it didn't need it. So good. ~ Kiai K

Called at 6:30, they close at 8- OH NOOO I HAVE A FLAT PLEASEEEE CAN YOU HELP ? They said “no problem at all!” and through a series of unfortunate events i got there at 7:15 - they still welcomed me with open arms and said “no problem!” the whole service took 20 minutes and they did not try and take advantage of some young dumb broad who didn’t know her tires! very affordable and all around the best experience ive ever had at a tire shop. These guys are the best! I was working an event next door to their shop and my tire had been low for several days. I’m always on the go and so I couldn’t get to a tire shop and I just happened to be walking by. It was 30 min before they closed and they took me right away and patched up my tire. I had another tire that needed to be replaced so they ordered it right away and it was there the next day. The prices were affordable and they were on it! Really appreciate the great service I received on 8/12/24. I actually came in with a friend who recommend this shop. I wish I remembered the name of the guy who helped me. As a young woman who feels uncomfortable going into tire/auto/mechanic shops I really appreciated the friendly and relaxed demeanor the mechanic had and that he explain everything in really simple easy to understand terms instead of using jargon I wouldn’t really understand. The staff at Moe's tires are great -- I was especially impressed with how quickly they handled my problem. My car was towed to the shop with a flat tire on a Monday holiday. They immediately investigated the leak. My car needed a really specific tire that they didn't have, so I went and bought one from the dealership and brought it back at lunch time. There was literally no delay in installing the tire. Everyone was polite and friendly to me during my brief wait. My brother-in-law also likes this place. Thumbs up! ~ Holly A

I got a nail in my tire on Labor Day and found Moe's tire shop on Yelp, which closed at 8 PM. My tire pressure was very low, so I needed a patch. When I arrived, they said my tire tread was worn and I needed new tires. They quoted $160 for one tire, so I decided to get four new tires since they were all worn out. They offered me a great deal for the tires and an alignment. I’ll definitely come back because it's close to my house and they provide excellent service and deals. ~ Andrew A

I came in on Memorial Day around 6pm for an oil change, and there was no wait. The whole service was done in under 45 minutes, which I really appreciate—it was fast and efficient. I also went to their San Bruno location last week, and I love how every location I’ve been to is just as quick and affordable. The staff is professional and friendly, and the prices are super reasonable compared to other shops. I’ll be coming back for all of my car maintenance needs! ~ Angela

Very friendly, great prices, attentive customer service. And they even went beyond the call of duty fixing, adding and and tightening, some bolts under my car. For free. They tried to turn off a couple of annoying lights on my dashboard. They couldn't. But they tried. I found my new trustworthy honest shop to take my car to in San Francisco. Thank you. New tired in less than 30 minutes. Had a flat. Wanted to see about gettting the hole plugged or a new tire. I called first to see when I should come by. They said ‘come on down any time’. So I headed over around 1pm. They told me price for plugging it or new tire upfront. I sat in waiting room. The guy (can’t recall his name) was back within 10 minutes. I opted for a new tire based on where the hole was. I was out of there within 10 more minutes. Good price. Good guaranty. Would go back! ~ Heather D

5 stars for the guys at Moe's Tires. Got in after bringing my car to BMW for service thinking I had to pretty much trow away my car. They could have easily ripped me off as I was told I had to replace tires, break pads, rotors and the engine mounts. They looked into my car, explained what had to be done, reassured me my car was in great shape, and handed up changing all 4 break pads and rotors in less than 2 hours. Not only competent and fair priced but also honest, and this goes a long way! ~ valentina g

I can't thank Moe's Tire enough! I had a flat tire late on a Sunday night and was stranded, unable to drive back home to San Jose. Every other shop was closed, but Moe's Tire came to the rescue. This was a perfect experience. I came in with a slow leak. I had gone to several other shops that couldn’t take me. I was driving to Southern California the next morning and couldn’t come back to those places. Moe’s said “of course “ and took care of my tire immediately. The screw in my tire could not be repaired but they gave me several price points for a new tire for my RAV4. Start to finish it was about a half hour. Cordial staff and quick! Super efficient, friendly and very reasonably priced. I needed to replace a TPMS (tire pressure) sensor on my car. I had already bought the OEM replacement online and needed it to be installed. I drove in with my car and had it replaced in less than 30 minutes. They have a waiting room but I opted to pick up my lunch for a nearby restaurant instead. By the time I payed for my takeout lunch I received a text that car was ready. Will definitely come here for tire replacement when due. ~ Fiaz H
